Hello, beautiful souls! It’s Rundelya here, your favorite OnlyFans model and sexologist. Today, I want to address a pressing issue in our community: the significant shortage of managers and producers. As I navigate the world of content creation, I often find myself reflecting on the dynamics that contribute to this situation.

The Reality of Our Community

I recently had an experience that made me think deeply about our industry. When purchasing advertising in male-oriented channels, I often find that the posts are tailored for a male audience. This raises a critical question: where are our managers and producers? We need to make some changes and improve our approach.

The Shortage of Managers and Producers

If you’re looking to build a team, it’s essential to understand why there is a shortage of specialists in our market. Here are some key factors contributing to this issue:

1. Toxicity and Lack of Education in Our Community 🦊

A couple of years ago, I entered a random model chat, and the first thing I saw was the disrespect towards an experienced manager. Our community is quick to throw compliments but just as quick to insult. The next day, I returned to the same chat, and everyone was complaining about the lack of managers.

The logic is simple: between 2021 and 2023, many managers were treated poorly, kicked out for minor infractions. If someone shared a model’s photo in the chat, they were labeled a leak and banned without warning. This creates an environment where it’s challenging to nurture new managers. It takes at least a year to grow a competent manager, and they need a supportive atmosphere, protection from unjust bans, and clear rules.

2. Job Requirements 🦊

To become a model, all you need is an iPhone and an appealing appearance. If you don’t know how to take photos, you can learn. If your photos aren’t great at first, no one will run around the chats saying, “Look at this model; she can’t take photos for Reddit.” You’ll be forgiven and showered with hearts instead. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚💕💞💖💘

But what about managers? There are countless examples of managers being kicked out because they couldn’t grow a page on Fansly. Working honestly is no longer enough. If you don’t show results, you’ll receive bad reviews and face bans. If a model delays content, no one cares. If a model doesn’t provide quality content, it’s the manager’s fault for agreeing to work with them.

One of my pet peeves is when a manager demands money from a model for traffic, lingerie, or equipment. Who cares? Delays in content, inability to present oneself well, and weeks of silence are overlooked. In this community, it’s all about results. If you take on a model, you better deliver. 😷

3. Supply and Demand 🦊

Reflecting on my own experiences, I remember how in 2020–2021, I would reach out to girls on Instagram, begging them to work with me. I would run after them, practically kissing their feet, saying, “Please, agree to work with me.” Even models without social media needed convincing. In return, I often faced insults and complaints about managers.

I love this logic: “I worked with a manager who let me down, so all managers must be the same.”

It takes at least a year to cultivate an experienced manager. We must consider the factors that hinder them: scams, toxicity in the community, and unprofessional colleagues. If we’re lucky, we might see a 10–20% increase in experienced managers and producers in our field over the next year.

In contrast, the influx of new models is skyrocketing. New platforms, new types, and fetishes are emerging. Many models think, “I don’t want to work; I just want to find a team.” The growth of models in our industry increases by hundreds of percent each year.

4. Reputation of Models 🦊

Why can I express my thoughts freely? I’m not an agency that needs a constant flow of models. I don’t recruit models from this community. If I need work or a model, I turn to my friends. Everything I wanted to find in this community, I have found. That’s why I can share my opinions.

I knew three excellent managers on ManyVids who made around $10,000 from scratch. All of them left the community due to the inconsistency of models. A manager invests their soul into a page, and what’s the outcome? “Oh, sweetie, I’m leaving this industry; I want to become a psychologist or a singer.” Becoming a singer is my favorite excuse. 😉

No one minds if you change your career path. But please, give a heads-up: “Sweetie, I’m ready to work, but as soon as I get the chance, I’ll leave this industry and delete my page.” Do you think anyone will want to work with you after such honesty?

When I meet a manager in person, I love to ask one question: “How many truly experienced and professional models do you know who are a pleasure to work with?” More often than not, the answer is zero or two to three. Think about that, ladies.

Conclusion

The shortage of managers and producers in our community is a complex issue rooted in toxicity, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of appreciation for the hard work that goes into this profession. If we want to cultivate a thriving environment for both models and managers, we need to foster a culture of respect, support, and understanding.

Let’s work together to create a community where everyone can thrive, and where managers and producers feel valued and motivated to contribute. If we can do that, we’ll see a positive shift in our industry. Thank you for reading, and let’s continue to support each other! 💖
