Fee Structure and Limits
Starting March 21, 2025, there will be some adjustments to the fee structure and transaction limits associated with the Bybit card. Here’s what you need to know:
Issuance Fees
- Card Issuance Fee: €10 for the EEA (European Economic Area).
- Replacement Card Fee: €10 for the EEA in case of loss, theft, unauthorized use, or misappropriation.
Usage Fees
- ATM Withdrawals: A 2% fee will apply to cash withdrawals exceeding €100 per month in the EEA (excluding ATM operator fees).
- Cryptocurrency Exchange Fee: A fee of 0.9% above the spot rate on Bybit will apply to all transactions funded by non-fiat assets in your Bybit wallet.
- Currency Exchange Fee: A fee of 0.5% above the Mastercard exchange rate will be charged.
Other Fees
- Chargeback Investigation Fee: €50 for the EEA.
- Monthly Account Maintenance Fee: Not applicable.
- Inactivity Fee: Not applicable after 6 months of inactivity.
Note: According to the Agreement, a monthly maintenance fee will be charged even if your account is inactive or your card has expired, unless you settle your available balance.

Transaction Limits
The transaction limits will also see some changes after March 24, 2025. Here’s a breakdown of the new limits:
Level 1 (Effective March 24, 2025)
- Max POS Transactions (#): 50 within 24 hours.
- Max POS Value (€): €5,000 within 24 hours.
- Monthly POS Transactions (#): 1,200.
- Monthly POS Value (€): €50,000.
- Yearly POS Transactions (#): 10,000.
- Yearly POS Value (€): €250,000.
- Max ATM Withdrawals (#): 10 within 24 hours.
- Max ATM Withdrawal Amount (€): €2,000 within 24 hours.
- Monthly ATM Withdrawals (#): 300.
- Monthly ATM Withdrawal Amount (€): €10,000.
- Yearly ATM Withdrawals (#): 2,500.
Level 2 (Effective March 24, 2025)
- Max POS Value (€): €10, 000
- Monthly POS Value (€): €10,000.
- Yearly POS Value (€): €60,000.
- Monthly ATM Withdrawal Amount (€): €2,000.
Level 3 (Effective March 24, 2025)
- Max POS Value (€): €15,000 within 24 hours.
- Monthly POS Value (€): €25,000.
- Yearly POS Value (€): €125,000.
- Monthly ATM Withdrawal Amount (€): €5,000.
KYC Verification Levels
Additionally, it’s important to note that the individual KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is divided into three levels:
