Hey everyone! 🖤 Today, I want to dive into a topic that’s been on my mind after a recent discussion in our group about sales. I hope you all realize that what we offer isn’t just “adult content.” There’s so much more beneath the surface, and I want to share some key insights that can be beneficial for all of us.

First and foremost, sales aren’t just about “profit” and “price.” It’s about a deep understanding of human psychology. If you’re offering a product or service, you need to clearly understand: Why does the customer buy your product or service? What “job” are they “hiring” it for? This concept is known as JTBD (Jobs To Be Done).
Take Apple, for example. They don’t just sell phones; they sell emotions, status, and a sense of belonging to a progressive and stylish community. It’s not about “12 MP camera”; it’s about the confidence that comes with owning that phone, making you feel better, more successful, and modern.
What about Lamborghini and Ferrari? They don’t just sell cars; they sell symbols of status, adrenaline, and the feeling of being a winner. These brands operate on an emotional level, tapping into hidden desires and status — they turn dreams into reality.
So, what do we sell on OnlyFans? This is a bit more complex, and I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about it. Many mistakenly believe we’re just selling “content.”
In reality, we sell:
- Emotions (the thrill of being noticed by a beautiful girl!)
- Engagement (the feeling that the member is important and needed)
- The illusion of connection (the sense that there’s a special bond between the model and the fan that others don’t have)
- A unique experience (something they won’t find anywhere else — the diverse activities we engage in during chats, the illusion of a relationship).
JTBD: “When I feel stressed or dissatisfied with myself, I want to feel better than I actually am, to relax and forget about my problems.”
How to Apply Global Brand Strategies on OnlyFans? 1️⃣ Sell the result. Think about what the fan ultimately wants — not just a photo or video, but an emotion: admiration, joy, confidence, relaxation. It’s the emotions and feelings we’re selling. 2️⃣ Create a unique context. Just as Ferrari sells a dream rather than a car, you’re selling not just content but exclusive access to communication with the model. That’s where the best balances come from. 3️⃣ Address deep-seated needs. Fulfill the true desires of fans: what are they looking for? To be noticed? A sense of significance? Recognition? Domination?
For me, sales are a blend of strategy, psychology, and a bit of magic. Once you break it down, you can adapt these principles to any niche, including OnlyFans.
This is exactly what we focus on in our Tracking Group. Here’s what we discussed today:
- Product matrix. How to categorize your services to reach different audiences.
- Sales scripts. Which script to apply to which product.
- How to grow whales. Those VIPs who are willing to pay for exclusivity and remain loyal to the model for years.
- How to activate the silent ones.
I love all of this, and I hope you do too! Sending hugs! 💖
